How to book
Simply click the booking link. Members can log in directly, while non-members will just need to register their details first. Once confirmed, select the session you wish to attend on the calendar, choose a package, and pay online with a debit or credit card.

Public Swim
Open to all, these relaxed sessions are perfect for families, friends, or anyone who simply wants to enjoy a swim at their own pace.
Family Session: Every Sunday from 10:00 – 12:00, we run a dedicated family swim session, completely free for all members. It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning together in the pool.

Adult Lane Swim
For those who prefer a structured swim, our lane sessions are ideal for building fitness and stamina. Whether you’re training for an event or just enjoy a steady swim, the lanes provide a calm, focused environment.
We run three sessions a day, giving you the flexibility to fit in a swim before work, during your lunch break, or after work.
In the early morning session, the pool is split into three lanes, with one lane set aside as a “walking, talking, and slow lane” – perfect if you’d like a gentle start to your day.

Baby Splash
A gentle introduction to the pool for little ones. These sessions are included free for Parent & Child members and are a lovely way to build early water confidence in a relaxed, playful setting.

Inflatable Fun
Looking for something a little more exciting? Join our Inflatable Fun sessions during school holidays. Kids can climb, bounce, and race their way across our giant pool inflatable – an hour of laughter, thrills, and energy-burning fun!

Aqua Aerobics
What is Aquacise?
Aquacise is a fun, low-impact workout that takes place in the water – making it suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, size, or experience. It’s also a fantastic option for those with specific needs, including injury recovery, medical conditions, and ante/post-natal exercise.
The buoyancy of the water supports your body, reducing strain on joints, while still giving you a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energised and refreshed.
Our Sessions
Join us for upbeat, sociable classes set to pumping music that make exercising in the water both fun and effective.
- Tuesdays: 10:00 – 11:00am with Pernel
- Wednesdays: 10:00 – 11:00am with Pernel
- Thursdays: 10:30 – 11:30am with Pernel
- Fridays: 10:00 – 11:00am with AJ
Maximum 22 people per session.
