The Big Red Cafe arrived at Shirley Swimming Pool in the Autumn of 2014. The menu and even the kitchen have been through many changes since, including the purchase of two stone based pizza ovens, a new coffee machine and coffee grinder.
These pictures show the development of The Big Red Cafe from concept right through to opening service on the day the Cafe arrived at the pool.
