One to One Lessons for adults

Nervous Adult Beginners

It is absolutely normal to be scared of putting your face near water.

Slowly, carefully, you will learn how to breath in water, while always within your depth, able to touch the bottom of the pool. Learning how to float- and get up again – are mastered before any strokes.

Moving the arms and legs is simple, once you are in control of standing up and breathing.

The water is warm, shallow and private, no one is watching. If your goal is just to feel comfortable in water or to swim the channel, this is where you start.
