There are many children who have been on our waiting lists to start for months.
Starting from March, new classes have been started at 3.30 – 4.00pm, 6.00 -6.30pm and 6.30 –7pm in the main pool.
By reducing the depth of the pool using our new submerged platforms, the teaching area has been increased.
Existing Swimmers in Beginners will be moved up to the main pool and join these Advance Beginner Classes. Progression from here will be faster as they are expected to skip the traditional route via Tadpoles.
Their current teacher will invite suitable children.
The groups will be available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. There will also be a class on Saturdays at 11.30-12.00
Backstroke and Front crawl will be added to these time slots, as demand requires.
The consequence will be that the small pool can take on new pupils who have been on the waiting lists.
