Shirley School
pupil Ayana asked her Mum to book her onto a summer
holiday crash course at Shirley Pool because she couldn’t
swim.
Ayana knew that theschool were going to be having lessons
at Shirley Pool and wanted to improve her swimming rather
than be embarrassed in front of her class mates.
Not only did she learnt to swim, Ayana learnt frontcrawl
and back stroke passed her Water Skilss 1-4 and swam
a mile, 64 lengths of Shirley Pool without stopping!
