Summer is here.. Crash Courses are filling fast The kids love these weeks, one hour of lesson followed by an hour of play and they always come away with heaps of badges…. and you can leave the children for the two hours. Because they swim every day for an hour the children remember and build their skills and stamina quickly. The first week of the Summer Crash Course is now full. 3,000 leaflets went out to the schools this week, so book up soon to get the week of your choice. Holidays Tell us when you are away, so that someone else can use your space. Take your catch up lessons now if you like, or when you come back from holiday. Just bear in mind we will only book up to two weeks in advance. Tommys Splashathon This years charity swim was in aid of the Baby Charity “Tommy's”. If you would like to take part, talk to David A moan from the teachers.. Children being late for lessons. The teachers know it's not anyone's fault, traffic is bad etc, but it does seem to be happening a lot. The warm up is a crucial part of the lesson and it always takes place at the start of the lesson. Half an hour, once a week, is never enough time as it is. Please try to be on time, a couple of minutes before the lessons starts whenever possible. Every child should have their own, well fitted goggles. Please do not send them onto the poolside without them. Direct Debit Make Up Lessons On Saturday A special provision is now made on Saturdays 11.30 -12.30 to make up lessons. These are one hour classes for any main pool level, with David. Check for available dates at the desk.
